The printed Schedule of Courses contains more detailed information than found on this web site. You may submit this on-line form to request a mailed copy of the Schedule of Courses be sent to you.

NOTE: Requests are accumulated and then mailed when the Schedule of Courses is printed, if the Schedule of Courses that you are requesting is already printed you should recieve it in approximately 7-10 days.
